End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3. Accounts and Security

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

4. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Content Policy and User-Generated Content

You agree not to upload, post, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or that infringes on the rights of others. You must have permission to photograph people and pets, and respect their privacy and safety.

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely to provide and improve our services.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) use the App for any illegal purpose; (d) interfere with the proper functioning of the App; (e) upload malware or malicious code; (f) spam other users; or (g) violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Location Services and Privacy

The App uses location services to help you track and share pet locations. You can control location sharing in your settings. Public locations may be visible to other users. We collect and process location data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of this EULA.

13. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
